Who we are
JGC Group was established in 2010 by Jan and Gary Collins to meet the demand from a range of clients for tailored and customised services delivered by a trusted team of trainers, consultants and advisors.
Prior to the establishment of the company Jan worked as an independent trainer and facilitator providing customer focused programs to companies across Australia for more than 20 years.
For a number of years prior to the establishment of JGC Group, Gary operated as an independent consultant advising clients across Australia. Previous to that, Gary worked in senior policy and management roles in government and industry.
The foundation principles of the company are to always make a difference in the organisations and with the individuals we work with and to ensure we make a positive contribution that will support ongoing improvement, development and growth.
